Clinical Supervision
Supervision that meets you where you are.
I provide clinical supervision for state licensed interns in Nevada who are looking for a supportive, reflective, and growth-oriented supervision experience. My approach combines practical clinical guidance with authentic relational support to help you build confidence, deepen your clinical identity, and move toward licensure with integrity.
About My Supervision Approach
My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and developmentally informed. I believe supervision should be a place where clinicians can ask questions openly, reflect honestly, and continue growing both professionally and personally.
I draw heavily from experiential and systemic approaches, helping supervisees explore not only clinical skills and interventions, but also self-of-the-therapist work, relational patterns, ethics, and confidence in the therapy room.
I aim to create a supervision environment that balances support, accountability, practical guidance, and autonomy as supervisees develop their own clinical voice.
